The 1W and 1M charts use daily averages. The 1Y and ALL charts use monthly averages.
This smooths out short-term price spikes and dips so broader trends are easier to
follow.
The highlighted highs and lows are averages too, so they may differ from the highest and
lowest prices recorded during the selected period.
